Ken brings a wealth of transformation and consulting experience from over 20 years working in Financial Services. Ken has a track record of defining and executing technology enabled strategies to deliver business change and transformation in challenging circumstances. Ken has a strong knowledge of financial services business and operations processes so as to be able to be able to create order from complexity; shape business operating models and strategies, steer commercial negotiations and building high performing teams. 

 

Ken started his career in technology consultancy and then moved into Financial services where he has held senior operations, technology and transformation roles at JPMorganChase, Barclays, UBS and M&G. He has worked across several functions including end-to-end Asset Management and Investment Banking processes, Legal and Compliance, Operational Risk and Data Management. Ken has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering.

Kunjan is a seasoned industry practitioner with over 15 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing technology based solutions. He is one of the few people in the industry who is able to grasp and interpret a business domain and its interconnectedness to the complex realm of data and technology.

Kunjan started his career in a global technology firm as a software developer and then moving in to Business Analysis and Project Management. He has previously held numerous consultant positions for global transformation programmes at Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group and M&G plc and has worked across several functions including Treasury, Financial Crime Risk, Company Secretary, Investment Banking and Retail Banking. Kunjan has a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering.
