Founded in 2021 XCF are a talented firm of consultants providing end-to-end transformation services.  The heritage of the founders is decades of transformation experience mainly in financial services.

The founders started XCF as a GRC Implementation partner to MetricStream following key roles in the successful delivery  of a major merger-demerger programme. The ambition and key drivers for the creation of XCF were to:-

• maximise transformation outcomes and benefits for clients

• maximise the mutual success of the GRC platform provider and client.

XCF has expanded and establish partnerships and delivered successfully with other GRC system providers such as  Navex, AuditBoard and Diligent; often undertaking turnaround engagements.

The core capabilities, credibility and delivery record of the firm has enabled XCF to broaden transformation services beyond GRC and beyond financial services to industries such as news & media, technology services,  mining, energy  and manufacturing. The XCF client list includes companies such as Glencore, Thomson Reuters, Bossard, Admiral Pls and IQEQ among others.
